Sitting spinal twist
Here, you only have to sit on the floor and twist the body on either side centered at the waist.Start by sitting down with legs stretched out. Thereafter, tuck in one of your left knees till it faces up then move it over the opposite thigh.
Keep the right leg extended and your left knee facing upwards. Twist your left side. Do this by placing the right elbow to the side of your right knee in order to strengthen the stretch. Hold on this for about twenty seconds. Repeat the process on the other side five times.
