90 to 90 neutral back stretch
This movement will help you relax the hamstrings and your back. Start by lying flat on your back. Place the legs together and then lift your knees up. Make sure that your thighs are just perpendicular to the ground and shins parallel to the ground. Does this as your arms remain at your sides while you feel the stretch in your back.You can further stretch your back by puling your knees into your chest gently. Do this exercise for about twenty seconds.
