Here, start by kneeling on all your fours i.e with your knees and palms on the ground. Let your knees lie directly below your hips and the hands beneath the shoulders. Ensure that your fingers are pointing away from you.
After setting yourself properly, move your head down and your spine up. Do this while you stretch out your spine and turning your back. Gently arch your spine as you exhale. Inhale while tightening the muscles around your back just like the cat does.
Make slow movements between each of the movements. Proceed and hold on to each position for about ten seconds. Perform the process for another ten times.
