This restful child’s pose helps a lot in relaxing the body and most specifically the back.
To do it, you start by positioning yourself on the floor on knees and hands. Keep your knees fairly wider than the distance between hips. Push hips backward with your toes bending your knees.
As soon as a comfortable position, prolong your arms forward. Extend them fully until you feel in a comfortable posture. As you do this, allow your head to fall into a relaxation position. Hold the pose for about twenty seconds and then return to the starting position slowly. Repeat the same for about three to four times.
