Running and walking
When you run and walk, calories are burned and abdominal fat decreases. One of the benefits of running is that it not only helps decrease fat accumulated around your abdomen but
around other body parts too. Jog for at least 10 miles a week. You can jog a few miles in the morning and then walk your dog to the park later in the day. You can also choose to walk to work or to the store instead of driving.
