Avocados can be prepared in a number of ways and putting them inside your smoothie is definitely a way to enjoy them. They actually contain more soluble fiber than any other fruit which is pretty amazing considering they weren\’t that well known a few years ago. Avocados also contain Vitamin E which helps to protect against Alzheimer\’s disease and possible other brain disorders. Just be sure to take the seed out of the middle of avocado before you put it in your blender or you could be in for an unpleasant surprise!
